NEW APPLICATION OF AZODICARBONAMIDE AS A DOUGH CONDITIONER

Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare of U.S.A. provided the safe use of Azodicarbonamide as a dough conditioner in bread making.
Authority of many countries recognize use of azodicarbonamide as aging and bleaching ingredient in cereal flour in an amout not to exceed 2.05 grams per 100 pounds of flour (0.0045 percent; 45 parts per million).


We supply Vinyfor-AC 3 as the food ingredient all over the world.
The following are the specification.


Assay Not less than 98.6%
Loss on drying Not less than 0.5%
Residue on ignition Not less than 0.15%
Nitrogen 47.2 - 48.7%
ph(2% Suspension) Not less than 5.0
Heavy metals(as pb) Not less than 30ppm
Lead Not less than 10ppm
Aresenic(as As) :Not less than 3ppm
