POLYTHLENE-E is a newly developed master batch for use
with plastics molded at temperatures above 200°C.
POLYTHLENE-E is blowing agents blended with a resin in pellet form,
during use there is no powder dust generated, making the handling exceptionally
convenient.
With types of plastic for use instructural materials and functional parts,
suitable for strict molding conditions, traditional blowing agents could not
yield excellent foamed results because of the generation of ammonia odor, reduction
in resin molecular weight and coloration, and the staining of the mold.
POLYTHLENE-E minimizes the bad influence from decomposition residue and gas
generation, and as a blowing agent developed for high temperature decomposition,
it exhibits low density expansion and prevention of sink marks in injection
molding.
